Book : Don't Look

Author: Jennifer Noel

Rating: ★★★☆☆

First, I wanted to note that even if I got this book for free it does not have any influence on my opinion. Before I started reading this book, I saw that there were no page numbers and that is quite confusing for me. when I read, I prefer that there would be page numbers.

The beginning of the book was a bit overwhelming; I didn't understand it clearly enough. it took me awhile to realize it was something that happened in the past. It would have been great is it was clearer that it happened before the current setting.

the chapters weren't too long maybe a bit to short, but it made it easier to read. for someone with ADD this book was a rather quick read.  there were words I didn't understand at first because English is not my native language, but I managed. there was a lot of humor in it and oh my gosh I loved that about this book.

the switching between the point of view of the other characters was such a good choice. it made you understand the story more.

I really liked Selena; she was a tough girl but at the same time a sensitive. Even though she reminded me of buffy the vampire slayer I still thought she was awesome.

Jonathan is in my opinion way to sweet and kind off girlish but through the book his character changes if not develops. I do love it when characters grow.

Jericho was so awesome! like oh my gosh. to be honest I have a thing for demons. but Jericho was like almost every typical demon book guy and well it may sound like he is nothing special, but he still attracts you more and more though the story.

the ending was odd to me, it took me a while to focus on the story and read the ending. a lot happened and maybe it was a bit too much to put in a few chapters. I suppose that because of the number of things that happens made you want to finish the book badly. I think this is a great book to read in October.

I've heard that there's a sequel coming out but I'm not sure if I want to read it. the book seemed complete.

I gave this book 3 stars because even with all the small things that bothered me it was still a good book and well written.
